At casting products, customers receive our complete attention. All of our efforts are directed to make sure that customers needs are completely satisified. If the way we work is not quite fit the way you work, we’ll adjust accordingly. If customers have unexpected problem or special request, we will take extra effort to handle it quickly and efficiently.
At longxing, quality control is an active, not reactive, function of manufacturing. Quality assurance starts the minute raw materials come in the door and continues through every stage of the casting process. We achieve part-to-part consistency, so the last casting is the same high quality as the first.
All our manufactures have quality control systems consistent with ISO9001:2000 quality control systems.Continuing statistical process control and process capability improvement is applied for all products manufacturing process. Function: Made in Italy by GNR Corporation. Its analysis range covers Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Pb, Zn, etc. 20 channels can analyse 20 composition at one time. Using Metal Lab software operating in Windows enviroment, it’s capable of not only saving the data, but also functioning as analyser, quality control. Its curve chart is depicted based on international standard samples. Custom standard depiction are available for special alloys and compositions. The results can be translated into Italian, English, French, Spainish, German. All functions are regulated by Pc and communications are made through optical fibres control system and using USB 2.0 technology. |

Function: It adopts oil urn bottom placed, dynamoelectric power detection, hydraulic automatic clamp to test the tensile strength, yeild strength, elongation rate of material. Its computer collect, analise and sort out the data automatically to get the Fb、σs、σsu、σs1、σp0.2、σp0.05、σb and other parameters, present the whole test process in dynamic curve chart. The test data can be edited, saved and printed, serves with accurate mechanical properties of various metals. |

Function: JB-300 Pendulum impact testing machine is used to test the physical property of casting under active loading. It can realize two kinds of impact energy 300J and 150J. The section area of specimen is 10X10mm. Its principle is to calculate difference of the energy before and after pendulum impacting, the difference is energy which absorbed by specimen. |

Function: The machine is used to low down the tempreture of specimen for impact test. Fuzzy control theory, professional PID Auto tuning and modularization are applied. Users set temperature just through meter, Control temperature is realized automatically. With motor stirring, the bath temperature is even. Temperature Range: room temperature ~-60℃. |

Function: It’s suitable to determine the Brinell hardness of unquenched steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and soft bearing alloys, etc. |

Function: Portable Hardness Tester Model TH110 is designed on basis of the basic theory of Brinell Hardness Testing. The testing load is accurately controlled by shear pin. The indentation diameter is read by reading microscope after the indentation is indented on test specimens. Six kinds of hardness (HL, HRB, HRC, HB, HV, HS) results are available. |

Function: This instrument can be used for indentifying and analysing all kinds of metal and alloy, and it can be widely used in factories or laboratories for apprassing the guality of casting examing and analysing raw material as well as metallurgical stuctures after heat treatment specification. |
Polisher |
Function: The P-2 polisher for metallographic inspection sample is used to polish the surface of the testing samples, the mirror polished surface could facilitate observation and inspection of the metallography of metal. |

Function: PXUT-27 ultrasonic tester adopts the advanced technology of digital intergration, making the DAC curve automatically and reserved. Continuous working time is 5 hours, it can detect the internal defects of metal precisely and clearly. |

Function: CJW-2000 Magnetical powder tester is used to test the defects on surface & sub surface of metal products, like crack, flaws after casting, forging, quenching and grinding. It’s specially designed as portable machine to facilitate on-site inspection. |

Function: SRT-1(F) portable surface roughness tester is used to test the roughness of machined surface. Presenting accurate testing results on LCD, the data can be reserved and output when connected to PC. |

Function: Put object in measuring space of CMM, get three coordinates of measuring points, and figure out geometry size, shape and position of the object according to these measurement numbers. |
